About Us
Wild Rose Interiors, a residential design studio founded by Debra Pudenz, helps its clients translate their vision into lasting and livable interior design. The studio’s goal is to interpret what you need, discover what you want, and make it all come together in a way you love. Deb enjoys creating fresh, timeless designs that reflect her clients’ style while incorporating the Wild Rose aesthetic. She loves seeing a project come to life and the transformation her designs make not only to the space, but to the way in which her clients live in that space.
Deb’s love of color and texture has been developed through her career in art education, visual merchandising, design and custom fine furnishings. She started her own design company in 2016 in Houston, Texas. In 2019, after living out of state for 13 years, she made the decision to move back closer to family. Wild Rose Interiors is now based out of Des Moines, Iowa, where she continues to serve clients nationwide. In 2024, Claire joined the WRI team as a Junior Designer. After running a successful photography business for several years, Claire has honed her eye for detail and color, which have served her well in the interior world. Her organization and style have been a key part of the growth of Wild Rose Interiors.
When not working with her clients, Deb enjoys spending time on her acreage outside of Van Meter with her husband, Ryan and chasing her three sons, Teddy, Baker and Calvin, and their dog, Winnie.
