We will work with your builder, architect, contractors and skilled tradesmen to ensure that your project is seamless from start to finish. Our goal is to create fresh and livable designs.
The process starts with a complimentary design consultation at your home if your local and via phone/FaceTime if you are out of state. We will discuss your project, share more about our service, review budget and go over details regarding your builder/contractor. We will provide you with a scope of work within a week that outlines the elements of the project that Wild Rose Interiors will be assisting with. Once a commitment is made to continue, work will begin!
We will schedule a meeting with your builder/contractor to go over allowances and budget, timeline, and to schedule future meetings to review plans and drawings. We will discuss the overall design aesthetic and work to create mood boards to communicate these ideas.
Weekly design calls, appointments if local, will be made to make hard finish selections and to provide support with ordering and design implementation. Hard finishes include such things as plumbing, tile, cabinetry, flooring, and lighting. Design boards and 3D renderings will be created during this finish selection process. We will help to conceptualize your space(s) and communicate this with the trades. Our project management will help to keep your project organized and on schedule.
