A first-floor remodel has turned this house into our clients’ forever home. Refacing the kitchen cabinets, enlarging the island, quartz countertops, and adding a unique backsplash has created a warm and inviting kitchen that easily accommodates their family. New flooring and trim throughout, including the fireplace surround, brought modernity to the home, while retaining the wood windows ensured we did not strip the home of its charm. The final touch was custom furniture in the living and dining room, all of which is child-friendly performance fabric.
